Called them and arranged shipping for my car from Salem OR to here in Las Vegas without any time frame. They had it picked up 3 days later and in another 4 days it was here. There was a slight miscommunication on the final price as they expedited shipping but it was made up on the back end to the original invoice without any hitch or hiccups. Royal Quality was great and in touch with me on every little communication needed to give me peace of mind during the entire process.  They were upfront and open, honest with me every step of the way. Ok so I need to give the BIGGEST shout out to Martin at Royal Quality Logistics! He is amazing!!!! So I needed to ship my son’s car from Vegas to DC and we had gone with another company and they didn’t come through, so I quickly searched on Google and this company popped up! I couldn’t have gotten luckier! From the minute I spoke to Martin and explained my situation he said he would do his best to get my sons car to DC within the timeframe we were working with. I spoke to Martin on Monday 1/24/2022 the carrier came Tuesday 1/25/2022 p/u the car and it was delivered in DC this morning 1/28/2022 talk about SERVICE!!!! Moving across the country isn’t easy – and I spoke with MANY different Companies about getting my Bronco from CA to NC.  Martin was a pleasure to talk with from the start, he was very honest, kind and came recommended. And the rate was right in the middle of what I was seeing (which in my opinion is great, I don’t feel like I’d want to send my favorite car 2500+ miles on the cheapest trailer).

I’m so glad I trusted my intuition – Martin was readily available and quick to respond the ENTIRE process – from signing the agreement to pickup, drop-off and beyond!
